Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our fast‑paced, remote‑first team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while upholding our high standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
