French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to assist our global customers through voice calls and live chat. You will use your bilingual communication skills to resolve inquiries, guide users through solutions, and ensure every interaction feels professional and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and document interactions.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on product priorities.
• Represent the brand with patience, care, and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
