About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in both French and English. The role is fully remote and involves handling voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning customer issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally, respecting cultural nuances.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
