Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in French‑speaking regions. You will handle inbound voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally, respecting cultural nuances.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
