French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat, and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide feedback on tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system knowledge.
