French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering professional, friendly assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain high data quality.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
