Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email, and phone while delivering a friendly and supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and internal processes.
• Collaborate with a remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Basic knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
