Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote‑first team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance through voice, chat, and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English via phone, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
