French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly assistance in both French and English across voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to align on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
