French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets, delivering friendly and professional assistance through voice calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system with precision.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Experience with bilingual support is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
