About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual professional to join its fully remote customer support team. You will handle written inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (written and reading comprehension required).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; e‑commerce background is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
