Electrical Test & Means Engineer

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is looking for an Electrical Test & Means Engineer to lead development and qualification testing of advanced electrical and aerospace products. You will work in a hands‑on environment, ensuring product performance and safety through rigorous testing and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute development and qualification test campaigns for electrical and aerospace systems.
• Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, including test plans, procedures and reports.
• Set up and maintain test rigs, instrumentation, safety documentation and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Design, V&V, Quality, Manufacturing, R&T and R&D teams.
• Coordinate activities with external test houses and equipment suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement of test facilities, rigs and methodologies.
• Progress towards owning full test campaigns with independent scope and responsibility.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in testing, validation or qualification activities within industry.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical products, test rigs, instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical or hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle, ideally in aerospace or electrical propulsion.
