About the role

The Assistant Operator 3 works within a team to support the preparation and operation of offshore equipment under supervision. The role ensures safe and efficient execution of tasks while delivering a high‑quality service to the client.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team with preparation and running of equipment for offshore operations under supervisory guidance.
• Participate in toolbox talks and planning meetings as required.
• Work on‑shore bases for equipment preparation, maintenance, and return.
• Liaise with offshore supervisors, team members, and client representatives to ensure clear communication and safe task completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve required competencies for the current and next role.
• Share knowledge with sub‑ordinates to support their competency development.

Required profile

• Technical knowledge obtained through completion of competency for the grade.
• Formal technical qualification.
• At least 6 months of relevant technical experience.
