About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system proficiency.
