Piping, Civil & Structural Supervisor (Rotational Contract)

About the role

Assala Energy is seeking a Piping, Civil & Structural Supervisor for a rotational contract in Port‑Gentil, Gabon. The role involves overseeing contractor activities on brown‑field oil‑and‑gas projects, ensuring safe and high‑quality execution of construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise contractor personnel and daily on‑site construction activities across piping, civil and structural scopes.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules, prepare progress reports and manage scope changes.
• Coordinate with Operations for work permits, site access and adherence to operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, engineering standards, QA/QC and inspection requirements, including NDT oversight.
• Review and approve completed works, verify documentation and support project close‑out.

Required profile

• HNC or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil‑and‑gas mechanical, civil and structural construction, preferably on brown‑field projects.
• Proven ability to manage multicultural teams and communicate fluently in English and French.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, security and environment excellence.
