Finance Trainee – Accounts Payable (PTP)

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding as a Finance Trainee focused on Accounts Payable (PTP). You will support the end‑to‑end processing of incoming invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations while gaining hands‑on experience in a global logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the full Accounts Payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment preparation.
• Process, validate, and enter invoice data accurately in the financial system.
• Run regular reports and set up payment runs, including foreign‑currency payments.
• Resolve supplier queries and support vendors with invoice‑related issues.
• Identify recurring issues, suggest improvements, and assist with document retrieval for bank submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
