Finance Trainee – Accounts Payable (PTP)

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding in Gabon as a Finance Trainee focused on Accounts Payable (PTP). You will support the end‑to‑end processing of incoming invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations while gaining hands‑on experience in a global logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the full Accounts Payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment preparation.
• Process and validate invoice data, run reports and set up payment runs.
• Resolve supplier queries related to invoices and payments.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Facilitate document retrieval and support foreign‑currency payments to banks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Less than 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
