Export Import Finance & Investment Adviser – Country Manager

About the role

Silicon Valley Global PH Inc. is seeking a freelance, part‑time, virtual Country Manager to lead its Export‑Import Finance and Investment Advisory services in a designated market. The role combines business development, compliance oversight, and team leadership to drive growth of the firm’s AI‑driven financial engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote SVG’s products and services to import‑export businesses and commodity traders.
• Develop and execute country‑specific business strategies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Manage budgets, build relationships with key stakeholders, and lead a local team of professionals.
• Oversee trade finance operations, including the preparation and management of letters of credit, bank guarantees and other SWIFT instruments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as an owner, CEO, founder, director, operations head, or senior manager in trade, manufacturing, real‑estate, mining, logistics or related sectors.
• Proven track record in digital sales and marketing, lead generation, and managing import‑export broker networks.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to work independently and remotely.

Required skills

• Knowledge of banking instruments: Letters of Credit (LC/DLC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Proof of Funds (POF), Bank Comfort Letters (BCL).
• Familiarity with SWIFT messages MT760, MT799, MT700 and related financial tools.
• Trade finance or banking consultancy experience (minimum 3 years) and business strategy development.
