Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will oversee civil construction activities across Assala Energy project sites in Gabon, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise contractor personnel and day‑to‑day construction activities on site.
• Monitor works against approved designs, specifications, schedules and company HSSE standards.
• Prepare progress reports, verify compliance with engineering and quality requirements, and document completed scopes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Operations, Logistics, Drilling and other stakeholders to support project execution.

Required profile

• HNC, Technical Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in oil & gas civil construction, supervising contractors and managing brownfield projects.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.

• Reviewing engineering drawings, technical documentation and work packs.
