Community Manager (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

NGOZ'IT is looking for a part‑time Community Manager to join its team in Port‑Gentil. The role combines on‑site presence with flexible remote work, allowing you to nurture and expand our community across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor community engagement initiatives and local events.
• Moderate discussions, respond to member inquiries and gather feedback to improve programs.
• Create, schedule and publish content on social media and community platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align community activities with organisational goals.
• Track engagement metrics, prepare concise reports and propose ideas to boost participation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a respectful, professional approach.
• Experience managing or moderating online communities, preferably for nonprofits or mission‑driven organisations.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities in a part‑time, hybrid setting.
• Residence in or willingness to commute regularly to Port‑Gentil.
• Fluency in the languages commonly used in Port‑Gentil; additional languages are a plus.
