Responsable Communication

About the role

We are looking for a Communication Manager to lead our corporate communication efforts in Libreville for a three‑month fixed‑term assignment. Reporting to the General Director, you will be responsible for building the brand’s digital presence, securing media coverage and growing our social media community.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall communication strategy, including positioning, messaging and media planning.
• Produce ten promotional videos (scriptwriting, coordination, post‑production).
• Manage daily content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube.
• Develop press relations: write releases, arrange interviews and pitch stories to pan‑African outlets.
• Run digital campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and email marketing platforms.
• Monitor media coverage and deliver impact reports.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in institutional, event or media communication.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Established network with pan‑African media such as Jeune Afrique, CNBC Africa, RFI and Africa24.
