Remote Multimedia Producer & Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Multimedia Producer and Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual and video content for large‑scale healthcare and mission‑focused communication initiatives. This fully remote, 40‑hour‑per‑week contract position supports operations, training, recruiting, and organizational communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and deliver high‑quality multimedia communication products.
• Develop video, graphic, and multimedia assets for operations, training programs, recruiting initiatives, resource acquisition, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with design and video production teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Produce assets using modern content‑creation tools and platforms such as Powtoon, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to design effective communication solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
• Stay current with emerging multimedia technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide occasional support outside standard business hours when project deadlines require it.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years experience creating multimedia presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
• 3+ years experience gathering and analyzing customer or business requirements.
• 1+ year experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience developing multimedia content using video and graphic design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
