Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in both French and English through voice calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships by communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
