French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while reinforcing trust in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned with team goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
