French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers through chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English via chat and email.
• Handle customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and reliable work habits.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
