Clinical Provider – Telehealth & Onsite Mental Health Support

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Provider to deliver one‑on‑one mental health support to Intellect Care clients via telehealth and, when needed, onsite in Belinga. You will work with a collaborative network of psychologists and counsellors to address a broad range of clinical conditions and help expand access to quality mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 60‑minute individual counselling or psychotherapy sessions remotely or onsite.
• Assess and treat clients presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction and related issues.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to refine the digital platform and improve client programmes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to licensing and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 hours of post‑master clinical or counselling experience, including practicum/internship.
• Active professional licence valid in the country of practice.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Experience with employee assistance programmes (EAP) or adult counselling is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy or Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy.
• Ability to conduct assessments and deliver therapy via telehealth platforms.
