French‑Speaking Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to join its remote call‑center team supporting an online travel booking platform. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, managing cases, and ensuring high‑quality service for homeowners and travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to assist customers.
• Manage case tickets, log interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Process modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalate complaints when necessary.
• Analyze call data and share feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay updated on platform changes and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort working online.
• Availability to work 30‑40 hours per week, including mandatory weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
• Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
• Salesforce.
• Windows 11 or macOS 14+ operating systems.
• Standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
