Field Specialist – III LWD/DD

About the role

Join a leading well‑construction and production company as a Field Specialist – III LWD/DD. You will lead a team that delivers high‑quality directional drilling and logging services using the latest physical and digital solutions. The role focuses on maintaining efficiency and safety while supporting customers on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate drilling sites with the latest technology and troubleshoot problems quickly.
• Follow internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Develop and demonstrate proficiency in directional drilling systems and measuring‑while‑drilling (MWD) services.
• Provide complex solutions in challenging directional system and MWD environments.
• Monitor, analyse, and evaluate incidents using logging and drilling data.
• Perform basic maintenance on field equipment and assess operational status at the well site.
• Utilise product‑line tools for data analysis when required.
• Complete advanced technical training and support well‑site development programs.

Required profile

• Rig drilling or directional drilling experience in an oil‑and‑gas environment.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Technical degree or High School Diploma/GED with at least 7 years of directional drilling and logging experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively with well‑site personnel at all levels.
