BSS Manager

About the role

The BSS Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operation, and maintenance of the Radio Access Network (RAN). The role involves direct interaction with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality service delivery and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise RAN performance and network operation.
• Provide technical assistance for customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.
• Lead review meetings with customers and coordinate with sales, solution, and engineering teams.
• Negotiate internal resource allocation and acquire required personnel.
• Conduct technical trainings and improve RAN maintenance skills.
• Analyze and resolve Level 1 tickets in the OSS system that cannot be solved by the engineering team.
• Oversee RAN equipment rollout, commissioning, integration, acceptance, and maintenance.
• Maintain communication with customers and subcontractors to track critical issues.

Required profile

• University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Radio Access Network technologies.
• Basic understanding of power systems, transmission systems, computers and TCP/IP networks.
• Proven experience in team management.
