About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. The position focuses on non‑voice interactions, handling customer inquiries through chat and email, and delivering a smooth, positive experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
