Wireless Engineer Intern – RAN Site Commissioning & Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Wireless Engineer Intern to support our Radio Access Network (RAN) projects. You will gain hands‑on experience in commissioning, testing, upgrading, and maintaining wireless equipment while working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform RAN site commissioning, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing O&M support for product projects.
• Deliver technical training to customers and gather feedback on product technology, quality, and service.
• Conduct equipment preliminary and final acceptance as part of project hand‑over.
• Track and resolve equipment issues, manage complex problems, and maintain technical documentation.
• Enhance the technical capabilities of outsourced vendors within the service area.
• Collaborate with the pre‑sales team to identify business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work in English with strong stress tolerance and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Relevant internship or work experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with wireless product principles and system architecture.
• Experience or knowledge of wireless equipment engineering delivery and maintenance.
