Site Engineer – Telecommunications Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to lead on‑site activities for telecommunications projects. The role involves supervising subcontractors, ensuring installation quality, and coordinating closely with the project management team to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors at telecom project sites, guiding installation work and ensuring construction quality and safety.
• Coordinate with the project management team to align site activities with the project plan, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor on‑site progress, verify material usage, and conduct regular inspections.
• Record construction photographs and maintain accurate documentation of site activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and implementation issues to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site engineering for telecommunications projects.
• Ability to manage and supervise subcontractor teams.
• Strong understanding of construction quality control and HSE standards.
• Excellent coordination and problem‑solving skills.
