Service Delivery Coordinator – Artificial Lift Services

About the role

The Service Delivery Coordinator will ensure flawless execution of Artificial Lift Services jobs, aligning operational activities with customer expectations and contract terms. You will act as the bridge between sales, technical teams, and field personnel to drive on‑time delivery, revenue maximisation, and cash collection.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery Technical to provide operational advice for technical planning.
• Enter and manage job data in the Job Center, including sales orders, job orders, field personnel demand, and change management.
• Conduct job briefings during planning and debriefings after job closure.
• Communicate billing events and coordinate with finance using Job Center tickets.
• Forecast mid‑range activity volume and allocate resources for flawless execution.
• Provide daily operational updates and report incidents to customers and internal teams.
• Support field personnel on‑site and oversee ongoing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales or technical/operations within Artificial Lift Services.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with proven influence.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Previous supervisory or coordination experience in an ALS product line.
