About the role
We are seeking a motivated and well‑organized Sales Manager to lead our Oil & Gas business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth in both new and existing markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand business in new and existing markets within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify, attract, and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve individual and collective objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
