Offshore Crane Operator - FPSO Project, Gabon

About the role

IOTA Group, which has supported major players in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors for over 40 years, is looking for an experienced Crane Operator for an offshore project in Gabon. The role involves operating the crane aboard an offshore production vessel.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the crane aboard an offshore production vessel to safely transfer cargo and equipment
• Perform routine pre-use inspections
• Coordinate lifting operations with the deck crew in accordance with approved lifting plans and HSE procedures

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Offshore Crane Operator on FPSOs, offshore production facilities, rigs or vessels
• OPITO Offshore Crane Operator Stage 3 certification (mandatory)
• Valid BOSIET/FOET, offshore medical certificate and other required offshore certifications
• Good command of English and strong commitment to HSE standards
• Experience on FPSOs or production vessels is an advantage

The start date is ASAP, the duration is 1 year renewable, and the working schedule is rotational 5*5.
