Field Specialist III – LWD/DD

About the role

As a Field Specialist III – LWD/DD you will operate drilling sites using the latest logging‑while‑drilling and directional‑drilling technology. You will monitor well‑site performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient, safe operations for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow internal compliance and HSE standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Deliver high‑quality services by adhering to defined processes and procedures.
• Execute complex well trajectories such as J‑type, S‑type, high‑DL and side‑track (open‑hole and whipstock).
• Provide technical guidance and advice to customers and third‑party well‑site teams.
• Analyze logging and drilling data to solve complex drilling problems and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• Minimum 1 year of drilling experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to perform basic engineering calculations.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective English communication skills, both spoken and written.
