About the role
We are seeking a Support & Implementation Engineer to deliver high‑level technical liaison for enterprise customers. The role combines on‑site and remote work to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation of our clients’ IT environments.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and install solutions on customer infrastructure platforms.
- Perform on‑site and off‑site troubleshooting and diagnosis across implementation layers.
- Respond promptly to customer tickets and requests.
- Prepare, review and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
- Carry out any additional duties related to support and implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar support/implementation role.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel and work extra hours when required.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive team player with good time‑management.
Required skills
- Database engines: Oracle, MS‑SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL.
- Operating systems: Linux, Windows, various Linux distributions.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, HashiCorp Nomad.
- Application servers: Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere.
- DevOps tools: CI/CD pipelines, Helm, Ansible.
- Directory services: Active Directory, LDAP.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, IBM Cloud.
- Infrastructure concepts: Virtualization, Storage, Network, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup, PKI, Certificate Authorities, Object Storage, HashiCorp Vault, Keycloak.
