SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. The role will shape keyword strategies, optimise website content, and manage PPC campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand and optimise keyword lists to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise on‑page elements, meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing) and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, monitoring cost‑per‑acquisition and ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools, providing actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
