Operations Manager – Supply & Fleet Partner Development

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the creation of a new partner network for fleet owners and logistics providers. The role focuses on building relationships, sourcing partners, and scaling supply in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard fleet partners, from initial contact through to live operations.
• Establish and nurture long‑term partnerships with fleet companies, aggregators and independent vehicle owners.
• Monitor supply quality and volume, track key performance metrics, pinpoint bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Develop new acquisition channels, leveraging distribution and logistics networks.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to shape market strategy and execution.

Required profile

• Background in fleet management, FMCG distribution, or oil & gas distribution with a focus on sales and partnerships.
• Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from individual car owners to corporate partners.
• Result‑driven mindset and genuine interest in building a partner ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the local market is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
