Mechanical Site Engineer – Power Plant Erection & Commissioning

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team for a power plant erection and commissioning project. The role involves on‑site supervision of mechanical installations, ensuring that all work complies with design specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide installation activities on the power plant site.
• Interpret and work from layouts, drawings and P&IDs.
• Participate in the erection and commissioning of gas turbine and steam turbine units.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in gas turbine or steam turbine power plant erection and commissioning.
• Proven ability to read and understand technical layouts and P&IDs.
