Junior Training Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is looking for a Junior Training Support Expert to assist in the coordination, organisation and implementation of training and capacity‑building activities for the EU‑funded project “Technical Assistance to ECOWAS in Transport Governance”. The role supports ECOWAS institutions and regional stakeholders across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and logistics of workshops, training sessions, seminars and learning events.
• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, reports and documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks related to training activities, including participant coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Collect, organise and manage training‑related data and documentation.
• Draft meeting minutes, progress reports and monitoring tools.
• Support digital learning activities, online workshops and knowledge‑sharing platforms.
• Coordinate with trainers, consultants, institutions and project stakeholders under senior supervision.
• Contribute to visibility, communication and reporting of training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, social sciences, communications, transport, management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in training support, project coordination, event management or administrative support.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically supporting workshops, training programmes or capacity‑building activities.
• Experience with development cooperation, donor‑funded projects or work in developing countries is an advantage.
