Junior Non-Key Expert – Digital Connectivity for Agriculture & Education

About the role
NTU International is seeking three Junior Non-Key Experts to support the PRIDA II project, which aims to strengthen the African Union’s capacity to implement digital strategies in agriculture and education across the continent.
Key responsibilities
- Assess bandwidth availability, quality, cost and adoption for rural agriculture and education in all AU member states.
- Evaluate technical, economic and regulatory feasibility of alternative connectivity solutions for underserved areas.
- Review and compare sustainable financing and service‑delivery models, develop pricing and discount‑rate methodologies, and conduct sensitivity analyses.
- Develop policy and implementation strategies to promote sustainable digital connectivity, define stakeholder roles and propose investment frameworks.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Communications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/ICT/IT, Economics or Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in connectivity market development in developing or emerging economies.
