Executive Director, Strategy & Performance

About the role

This senior leadership position reports directly to the CEO of a leading gaming and betting organisation. The Executive Director – Strategy & Performance will shape and execute the company’s strategic vision, driving commercial growth, operational excellence and transformation in a highly regulated market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall growth strategy across products, channels and partnerships.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams, including innovation initiatives and geographic expansion.
• Lead performance management for key metrics such as revenue, Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) and network performance.
• Direct commercial and marketing strategies across retail, digital and key accounts.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention and campaign ROI optimisation.
• Align product offerings with evolving market demand.
• Drive cross‑functional teams to deliver operational excellence and strategic projects.
• Manage transformation programmes, including digitalisation and network modernisation.
• Foster a results‑driven performance culture throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of senior strategic and operational leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving growth, performance and large‑scale transformation.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as gaming, betting, telecoms, fintech, FMCG or distribution.
• Strong commercial, marketing and operational acumen.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
