Backend Engineer Annotator

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Backend Engineer Annotator to support AI development by reviewing, annotating, and validating backend engineering datasets, code samples, and system designs. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of backend‑focused AI training data.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate backend code samples and engineering workflows.
• Label datasets that include REST APIs, GraphQL, and other backend processes.
• Validate scalability, performance, and reliability standards of server‑side code.
• Provide structured engineering reasoning and feedback on code accuracy.
• Assess and improve backend security, authentication, and micro‑service implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field.
• Experience reviewing code or conducting technical assessments.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
