Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. You will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
