International Customer Support Agent (French/English)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a bilingual International Customer Support Agent to join its global support team. You will work 100% remotely, assisting users in both French and English across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel support (email, chat, phone) in French and English.
• Diagnose and resolve user queries related to accounts, orders, and products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by adhering to TalentPop App’s quality standards.
• Update the CRM and internal databases after each interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce or a contact‑center environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage stress and work autonomously from home.
• Dedicated home office with a PC/Laptop (i5 or higher, 8 GB RAM) and a stable broadband connection (≥25 Mbps).
