Internal Control & Risk Management Officer

About the role

The Internal Control & Risk Management Officer supports Setrag’s Executive Committee and operational lines to enhance internal control processes, improve efficiency, and increase maturity of risk management practices across the railway concession.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Group directives.
• Develop and maintain the entity’s risk map and monitor mitigation plans.
• Deploy the Eramet risk‑management methodology on site and promote a risk‑aware culture.
• Implement and uphold the Eramet Management System (EMS) within the entity.
• Guarantee the effectiveness of internal controls at the site.
• Participate in internal control communities and share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+4 degree (engineering school, business school or equivalent).
• At least 8 years of professional experience in finance, audit, control or risk management, either in a firm or in‑house.
• Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels.
• Methodical, organized, pragmatic and results‑oriented.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk‑assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Eramet Management System (EMS) or similar risk‑management standards.
