French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will assist customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, ensuring every interaction is professional, clear and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide users step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on product changes and priorities.
• Represent the brand with patience, empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing or help‑desk tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
