French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service in France. The position is fully remote and focuses on delivering professional, friendly assistance to users of the rental platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and address inquiries related to mobile phone rentals.
• Provide clear, courteous, and solution‑focused communication.
• Document each interaction accurately in the internal system.
• Follow established processes and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) proficiency.
• Previous experience in inbound customer support.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN).
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14.
• Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space.
• Wired USB headset.
