Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role involves contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting assistance, and coordination of meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation.
• Monitor contracts and project activities.
• Support financial reporting.
• Organise meetings, webinars, workshops and other events.
• Coordinate project‑related activities.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
